The team culture here is great . Flexible working hours & remote work Management & HR team are Proactive Clients are very good and works on latest tech Mittal & HR Team are proactive & Helpful . Management always actively interact and Support when ever needed .. Project Managers & Team Leads ( specially Ravi Joshi ) always helps out of the way technically .

Canteen is not organized . Outing and Refreshment should be arranged more often . Communication can be more clear within inter department . Training Sessions can be arranged frequently .

1. Oostelijke Onderneming LLP alias Eastern Enterprise LLP is a flat organisation with an open-door policy. 2. A management-executive will get exposure over all sorts of management methodologies. A developer will learn and be trained in new technologies so long he/she is willing to put in efforts. 3. It is an equal-opportunity provider, that believes in meritocracy. You'll find developers from all over the world working for Eastern Enterprise, India, Egypt etc. 4. The parties thrown by Eastern Enterprise on client visit (or those that occur almost every other quarter) are a spectacle for the party-lovers. 5. Open-minded and relatively humble co-founders (Shweta and Marco), who lead the company in a very innovative way. 6. A really good office space with an amazingly fantastic crowd (employees)! You won't be left alone if you are stuck with work and cannot proceed - help will arrive as soon as you need help. 7. Has a long tradition of sending employees onsite-visit (i.e., Netherlands) - mostly relevant for account-managers, business-analysts, team-leads and senior developers. 8. Extremely helpful and awesome HR department (especially Sheena Jacobi and Jayanti Samantray) and IT-support department (Shakti Singh, Devanand, Soheb etc.). Sheena Jacobi is a rockstar of an HR - no one disagrees with this, I believe! 9. Talented and mature senior C-level executives like Pankaj Gaykar (CQO) who've been leading the process overhaul and managing critical-clients. 10. Freedom to be creative with your work and ideas! There are many more positives that I would love to mention but this should give anyone a clear glimpse of Oostelijke Onderneming LLP.
