... people sale and clients. There is literally no boundary and no security at all. I know a person in sales who have been working for a year and has never gotten any bonus because the sales are that bad.

Everything. The HR literally offered my friend a "story" on how "women" should behave in a work space while the other colleague being a male was ordered biryani. Bias, discrimination, old men don't take opinions from freshers. If you want to end your career go ahead and join and you will see for yourself.
