Nothing good about working here you will hate your life. And this is not a biased review. If you don't believe join their work for a few months and then you will be the one writing here.

...o proper management structure and no Insurance for the laptops they provide you. Someone with a 20k Salary breaks an 80k Laptop is screwed. Salary is very low as compared to the market and also does not get credited on time. The salary date is the 15th and sometimes it can go as high as the 25th. They will ask you to write a good review for them on Glassdoor, google, and Ambient Box on the date of joining LOL. They asked me the same. They will expect you to work 12 hrs a day in a salary which is 20% of the market standard. They exploit freshers >> They will hire you and instead of giving you training on some technology they will deploy you on client projects and charge clients for you as high as for a senior developer and expect you to work the same. If you cannot learn how to work like a senior developer without any training within 3 months they will fire you. Managers will take your resignation very personally and will not even talk to you for weeks before your date of release and will try everything in their power so you do not get your relieving letter and full and final amount. And if your parent or anyone else is sick in your family please don't expect any mercy as client appeasement is more important than your and your family's life.

...y are good in front of you and and tell a different story to the management. 2. They hire freshers at a very low salary and give them training for 3 month which they never get. Now they are own there own from haldling the project to meetings with client. If you are lucky then seniors might help you but most of the time you are a lone wolf. 3. If you fail to self learn then they put you in pip and fire you. 4. Salary on 15th of every month. 5. Working overtime in the name of learning and managers encouraging this by saying others are also working, still no apraisal is given.

The way they do Politics and there is nothing to like in that company

Dislikes

1) Management are the not at all supportive and will not pay you even after working and will force you to resign as the day comes of salary day 2) They will treat you like a machine who have to work for day and night and at last you will get nothing and they will not even give you salary 3)The manager who doesn't have your profile knowledge on but will ask you to complete the task in 10 minutes and will force you to resign 4) They will promise you at the start that they are the best company and will provide you the training but once you join there is no such thing like training but they will directly deploy you in project and if you are not able to do the task in time you will be fired
