They are so unprofessional. Firstly they will approve you expect salary and proceed with the never ending interview. After wasting 20hours of you, they will keep you waiting for 2months saying, they are getting it approved. Then they will come up with a budget of a mere 10-20% hike. Please don't fall into their trap and waste time.

I recently left the company due to an extremely poor experience, specifically with the management of the Procurement Department. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed towards employees is alarming. The high turnover rate - over 12 resignations in 5 months including mine - is a direct result of the department head's ineffective leadership. I strongly advice against joining this company.

VP of Supply chain has some mental disorder. IDK why Mr.Ravi is not advising him a treatment. As a mallu I would have literally kicked on his a** but thinking of his medical history just left. Of any one seeing this in company would be laughing seeing this comment for sure. Procurement dept is a worst shape bcos if this VP SCM. Pity on him.

There is no increment's and appreciations for employees, Who is working really hard they will get nothing, who are buckets for the managers they will get appreciations, and they will allow them (Buckets) to come in the night shift for the OT Amount, Usually After office hour also need to work like a slave, even in weekend also. there is no OT Amount.

Before office location was fine , weekly 5 days working . Starting it was good.

Just do your research properly. There is one company called Katerra. The same management is here with different badge name ( Just research the rise and fall of that company ). Before agreeing for the CTC just review, whether you have job security also . Hire and fire strategy. Do proper research before joining. Think wisely!!!!
