Salary is ok but suddenly got dismissed from the company and the management was not good .... Anyone got job in this company kindly check latest reviews and join and there is no job security..

No job security, no compensation, no skill development, no new opportunities. They will push you downward no variable pay nothing worst company to work for.

Do not join this company always excuses they will put you at client location & forget you even your account manager will not know what you do & will not support you at all just recruit people & deploy. No worries clients are there to bother about onward employees. They even did not provide reimbursement or help me during my covid 19 leave it was totally me in a situation no help nothing from Onward.

The company is avarage for fresher to start career but remember do not make any bond more than 1.6 years. I think personally think that the company is not at all good for more than 2 years experienced professionals.

No Job security, No Employee benifits, No Future growth, No Incentives, Peanuts in the name of salary hike, No appreciation and the list goes on. It should be your last option to join this company.

... clients. Ask to sign 2 years bond and gives peanuts at the time of appraisal. Invalid salary cuttings under performance related bonus where employee could never see actual client feedback. Etc... Etc..
