Employees are good, and you can make good friends and learn a lot from the seniors. You would get enough opportunities to take on challenging tasks even if you have just joined.

Dislikes

...ienced) and fire them. The office environment gets too disturbed due to layoffs. You get zero perks apart from salary. Company outings happen once in a while but beware, layoffs happen just after that. You can join this company but it is not good for the long term as they do not value their old employees. Tip: Always have some dependency on yourself so they cannot fire you.

I like the environment of Office culture and team, On time salary. No incentives bcoz huge Target will be loaded...

Dislikes

1) Lack of transparency and communication 2) Unfair treatment or biases towards employees in Target. 3) Limited opportunities for growth and development 4)Unhealthy work-life balance expectations 5)No Value for senior employees 6)No PF for who joined in start of company.new join team they are giving PF. 7) last but not least so important if you work more than 3 year's you will not get Jobs in any company...

Salary on time mostly, may be sometimes few days delay.

Dislikes

Overall not a good nor a very professional organisation, has a culture of haier and fire. No set work plan not future goals just depends on few set work patterns and not open to innovate. Hence it make the working uncomfortable for an experienced individual who has a lot to contribute and not be a victim to politics.
