I like the environment of Office culture and team, On time salary. No incentives bcoz huge Target will be loaded...

1) Lack of transparency and communication 2) Unfair treatment or biases towards employees in Target. 3) Limited opportunities for growth and development 4)Unhealthy work-life balance expectations 5)No Value for senior employees 6)No PF for who joined in start of company.new join team they are giving PF. 7) last but not least so important if you work more than 3 year's you will not get Jobs in any company...

...tion They one fine day come and say we dont need you any more we are downsizing and you will get your one month salary dont come from tomorrow and they block all your laptops in advance

Salary on time mostly, may be sometimes few days delay.

Overall not a good nor a very professional organisation, has a culture of haier and fire. No set work plan not future goals just depends on few set work patterns and not open to innovate. Hence it make the working uncomfortable for an experienced individual who has a lot to contribute and not be a victim to politics.

...ves are scared to promote the tenured employees....so they do not outsmart them. They ask to extend the shift hours and there is no compensation for the same.

...Teammates and all my seniors very supportive and awesome transparent management. The company give good salary hike and incentives every year.

Nothing here but just one think here thet in this job company does not given us any training about new units and new updated features atleast about Inverter.
