Salary issue always there. Whatsoever HR said on joining is totally rubbish. Worst management There bill passed every months and they get millions of dollars but still can't pay to their employees. After 3-4 months they pay a month salary. Still we are waiting our salary from months.

Good for freshers, it's a job opening for the graduates who are searching to gain experience.

Dislikes

A company mainly focused on profit than work quality is a bit disappointing, but at least they pay the salary even if it's late. Worst HR department ever that they even don't know the exact manpower in the company. A management that treats labours and local workers in a disheartening way is not good. Yeah, that's enough

..., Unlimited Politics, No Support of HOD's to their executive, Toxic Environment. If you get call for Overseas job from Onshore do not accept their offer in very less salary they hire employees. An there is no Job security, just for silly reasons they terminate employees. And also they judges employees work in 15 days and take action which is the worst thing. I would suggest no to come in this company.

NOTHING EVERY THING IS TERRIBLE. COMPANY POLICY, TERRIBLE POLITICS, FAVROISM, NO PROPER INCREAMENT, NO SALARY ON TIME. I WOULD SUGGEST NOT GET IN THIS TRAB AND DO NOT JOIN THE COMPANY.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thear is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career groth is slow
