Did not credit PF for 17 months which was deducted form my salary Did not pay 1.5 months salary (full & final settlement) No ESOPs No hike

They will never let u alive, never credit your salary on time its crime for them. They will give appraisal but in salary u get to know they will deduct your original amount also. They ask to visit different locations than base location they will promise too many things but will not give u any penny for it everything on your own. Once you resigned they will treat u like untouchables. They'll scream on you they will mentally harrass at the end you will suspect on yourself.

No work from home. 50% pay cuts since May. Employees are terminated at an hour's notice. Pay which you get in hand will not even be 50% of what is mentioned in your CTC. Business plans change every two weeks and people are shuffled from one department to another. One day you will be in ops, the other day you are in sales. Employee and customer attrition are built into their business model and therefore they promise high retention bonuses which will never materialize.

There is nothing to love about this company. That was my worst decision to take a job there.

... to work there, everyone just wants to boss around. .Compensations are very low. Apart from the salary, there are no other benefits provided.

A decent start up to work and can use all your skills to take care of your role & department. The company is opened minded always to take the suggestion and makes you part of the organization without any discrimination
