The working environment was pretty good. The trainers are excellent and the company is open to innovation and development.

Salary and work pressure is decent but the growth is slow.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

The work environment and culture is excellent. This company gave me an opportunity to learn and know more about how different and organised healthcare system in US is. I thoroughly enjoy working here and with my doctor. The tremendous amount of knowledge I have gained so far is unbelievable for me. Thank you OG.

Job security is not assured. They can hire and fire as they wish depends on the availability of the providers.

Overall a very great team, good trainers except the night trainer rita

Night trainer Rita, who is just a transcriptionist and a beautician who apparently got promoted to a trainer and doesn't know how to behave to the trainees or to give proper feedback. She just compares the answer key to our work , she doesn't know how to solve it.

Dislikes

No job security and they didn't support well during Covid. Even HR called me directly to resign from the job. Some of my colleagues have told that there is no such career growth in OG, I also have experienced the same. They promise appraisal, but never do.
