Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I felt regrets to join here because company have no any training and also not provide any kind of help where employee can work there lots of politics Hr is so rude they only provide 2 months after directly without your acknowledgement they will terminate and if you asked some things they'll make you the victims and fired same same day.
