They are not paying Salary to 80% of the employees and have kept them on indefinite leave without pay. Even those who are working are only paid 60% of there salaries

at such difficult times an employee expects at least some sort of support from its employer but Onkar infotech or Onkar travel an operationl and owned unit for UK's top travel agency Southall Travel a 907 million pound company is acting like some cheap 2 rs company they have left 80 percent staff without pay on unpaid leave for indefinite time, even those who are working have been harassed of working extra hours and a mandatory deduction of 40 percent salary not only that they have been robbing there customer as well by not providing them proper refund and charging them extra for cancellation due to Covid, the company eventually has taken covid as an advatage for them and have stolen money from the employees and customers as much as they could under this umbrella. Worst organization to work with I suggest other to please stay away from this company. They are even charging Rs 13500 to provide cab to their employees which should be a free service and on record they provide you travel compensation of 3000 only and charge you 13K I mean this company will make you feel like a slave again, join it if you wish to have such an experience.
