...cannot take your phone and electronic devices to the floor. Strict work timings. If you are late by 1 second half day salary is deducted. Toxic work culture. Lots of legal cases against the company.

A . 4 days salary deductions for an un approved leave B . NO EXTRA SALARY FOR GAZETTED HOLIDAYS LIKE 26 JAN . 2 OCT . 15 AUG AND NO COMP OFF C. NEW EMPLOYEE GETS NIGHT SHIFTS D. COMPANY IS UNDER PF ENQUIRY FOR NOT PAYING PF AND NO BONUS E. THERE ARE MANY CASES AGAINST COMPANY IN CIVIL AND LABOUR COURT F. SO CALLED MANAGERS DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH G. THERE IS NO CARRER GROWTH AND IF YOU ASK ANY LOGICAL QUESTION FROM MANAGER YOU HAVE TO PAY BACK BY DOING NIGHT SHIFTS H. THERE IS NO HR DEPT . ADMIN AND HR ARE SAME . WHO WORKS UNDER MANAGEMENT . THEY CHARGE 4500 FIXED FOR CAB WEATHER YOU COME FROM 1 KM OR 40 KM IN LOCKDOWN THEY HAD CHARGED 13K AS WELL FOR CABS PER PERSON SO JOIN THIS COMPANY OR SUGGEST THIS COMPANY IF SOMEONE WANTS TO SPOIL HIS OR HER CAREER

Since it is a well established company the salary always comes on time

...ob because people work here like a slave with 6 days working and rotational off. The company may provide a good package but it’s only because they gonna deducted 4500rs for transportation from your salary and no meals provided. But if you choose to travel by your own then there would be no deduction for transportation. Also just to let you know that this company’s deduction policy is the worst. Many leaves this company for this reason. So as per my overall experience, I would not recommend any of you to work here at all.

Management is under the hands of uneducated person who kept my committed salary and incentive made which was for 30 lakh giving the reason of lockdown and refund where comple revenue was absorbed by company due to urgent travel and flown flight.

Only thing to like about the company is it offers good and salary hike. Though my teammates and my current job description is still satisfactory

Dislikes

...inancially growth is good, working culture is pathetic, no national or festival holidays and unnecessary deduction from salary for reasons like exceeding break time, unapproved leaves on major festivals.
