Working at Onion Insights has been a good experience so far. It's a busy environment, so you always have to stay on your toes and make sure you're meeting your targets. I work independently rather rather than in a team, but I really like my co-workers and have learned a lot about the business through interacting with them. I've also picked up some useful skills, like how to pitch better. The company has a good client base, is known globally, and is registered with MSPA, which shows its credibility.

My only wish is to have better work timings as 10 hours is very long.

the timings are bad, you have wait till night for a meeting to get done, there is no life for yourself once you join the company, for a fresher it is a good start to get experience in the field only if you are interested in it. Not a very good company to work in. And sometimes you even had to work on sunday.

Effective sharing of goal and the environment is very healthy. Organization works with great team work and team spirit. Organization create and implement company policies that are readily available to their employees. The organisation is best for young people to start of their career.

There was nothing used to like about this company they removed a girl who was still a student...they knew that she was a student and she has to go someday for important work... then later they fired her.

They act like it is a performance job but but the target they set is already too hard even with the experience of 2 years are not able to complete their job on time or even after time once they even let us work till 9:30. They are not paying extra for overtime and ask us to complete that high targets on time. Office timing at interview was informed 9:30 to 7:00 and gave confidence the till will exceed till 7:30 but above that but we even forgot that the time was 7:00 pm and used to sit till 8:00 pm regularly. They don't pay to the shopper in time and want them to give a quality reports. There were many who didn't receive their reimbursement from years. My main reason to leave was delaying too much. There is no respect to the time you spent or efforts you give to work they come and taunt and some time they ask to buy the product from your own money

Tasks are allocated on individual basis which ate do able and if one is not able to fulfill their targets, the entire team is there to assist them which is very motivating The environment in office is good. As a team we all also took a trip to Ladakh, on the 10th anniversary by the organisation. Occasionally, the director also takes us to dinner and parties, just for relaxation which we really appreciate. The plus point is the office space which is very beautiful to work in. Have been here since past few years, and it feel like home.
