Company doesn't want to grow at all, the top Management of the company including director Ekta Jaju is runs this company like a circus, She doesn't have enough knowledge and plays blame game to employees. They don't spend a penny in Food Safety and other aspects of regulatory compliance. Their claimed organic products is not at all organic. Regarding office culture, it's terrible and they don't provide employees any facilities ( forget about increment).

I didn't liked anything about that place other than few good friends I found there as colleagues.

...le place to work. There is no work-life balance, job satisfaction, appreciation. They will make you work like a daily wage worker, without any incentives, every possible way to cut salary, rude behaviour of CEO with everyone, hardly any increment anyone with get, lowest no. Of holidays and CLs etc. They will ask you to work in lowest paid possible way. It's a tough place to survive. They hardly care anything about their employees. They pay as per your requirement not as per your qualification or deservance.

I am here from more than a year now Noone stays here for more than 6 to 12 months.
