Nothing to like in this organisation. Their policy is broken and they put a hold on your salary without any update. CEO and his wife are pathetic, worst management, they claim to be a digital marketing company but do mobile marketing. Claims to do B2B and provide B2C. Guys beware.

Dislikes

Worst founder & his wife. They mistreat people and also use abusive languages. Salary at the time of joining they will offer something later it changes on their own terms & conditions. Worst place to work with. Beware guys career might get spoiled.

...NCIVILIZED). They dont have any office decorum. Very unproffesional environment. They have lots of salary issues and also they dont pay employees hard earn money sometimes which is just disgusting. This is the worst place to work with.

They don't pay for your work. They for to do lots of work with a short period of time and while the time of payment they will say that u hadn't worked or they don't liked your performance and will refuse to pay you. It's totally a waste company and waste of time working their.

...he CEO and the HR.. Working hour always extended without any over time payment.. Salary was always delayed without any reason and cut the salary every month from all employees without any reason..

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
