I feel very bad that my contract with Randstad has ended. I expected from the company that if a company could not renew the policy, the employees should be informed three months in advance. So that the employee can have time to get another job, and they do not have to suffer financial loss or face any bad situation.

Initially, they used to work together in the service center because they were very friendly, there were no issues, everyone was friendly in nature.

If anything happens, please do not take direct action. Whatever happens, first investigate the matter thoroughly and then take action.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management is not appreciate of employees work. Everyone is paid high as compared to other companies but the presure created by the management is destroy work life balance.

Unwanted presure is given by the management

All in all I had a great time as a fresher learnt a lot, colleague were super helpful, self confidence is now boosted and was able to evaluate my skills.

Sometimes coordination within the team qas missing that created misunderstanding but that can be resolved easily
