Pressure until your team target get done. no work balance , may you have to work on Saturday as well 9 am to 6pm is official timing but if team target is not done , you may have to sit upto 8

I have been here about a year now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers.

Bahut hi bekar company hai koi work culture nahi hai time se aao 9bjoffice but kvi v time se Jane nahi milta almost ghar jate jate 8/9hota tha bahut hi jada pressure dete hai kam ke liye no break time aur team leader ko bolne apne agents se baat krne v nahi aata hai bahut hi bekar language used krke wo log baat karte hai
