1. Micromanagement at core. 2. Pathetic tech stack tbh they have built their own framework which is based on Java, XML which is pathetic. 3. Bad HR, tech lead, seniors, and ceo. 4. Boring tasks. 5. No proper documentation you have to literally copy paste from different code projects depending on your needs. Projects can be too old like late 1990s. 6. Frontend is based on angular 9 and jsp. 7. For 6 months there will be no leaves salary reduction if you take one. 8. They can terminate you after 6 months, they will say non performance but it is internal politics. 9. Too survive in this company you have to be bootlicker 10. Employes are too bad at their work, they write bad quality code and their frontend is terrible 😔. 11. Internal politics is too much especially HR tech lead. 12. They don't provide laptop they give you SSD to work with. 13. Seniors don't know anything about computer science when you ask them doubt they literally say to copy paste from different projects so you Will not learn anything which will be transferrable at another job. 14. Don't join this company if you have no job and don't fall for good reviews they are pathetic company to work for..it will be hell. 15. For sick leave, if it is more than a day you have to provide medical report. 16. You literally have to mark attendance and complete 8 hours rule literally that is for every task you have to log time and if you have no work you have to write ' looking for task ' in company slack so that any one can assign you task. So most of the time you will be working on 3 4 projects. And they mostly use their internal product which is so bad and pathetic you will literally cry. 17. I can guarantee you that anyone working there for more than 2 years there will not be able to get job in any company.
