I found nothing extraordinary about this organisation despite working many years, but I would really appreciate the HR team. It's very responsive and helpful, else there is nothing about this organisation meant to be appreciated.

...uru head office. If you are from north, then you will really face problems here. Increament and salary is also not good. They provide very less salary and hold promotions. You will find the new joiners at your desk have more salary than you with same experience and that's really frustrating and demotivating.

In that company I didn't like a the rotational timings of work that too every week, keepting employees health view in mind they must and change this shit rotational shifts even many times they have removed weekly offs because of some shit people mistakes someone should suffer in that idiotic company.

These people aren't employee friendly. Freshers don't join this company, you will destroy your career if you join here. If you work from more then 2 years thy will treat you like shit over here While joining they will say lot of things, once you joined then it would be like hell each year. Even If you work from more then 12hr thy still expect you to work for more and in the end they no Page views

Oneindia = sucide point or Psyco's India Especially competition between Tamil team supervisor Arivazhagan and Khan who is the one of best psyco.. if any one want to join oneindia first yu go and put yur head in railway track coz if you join with in a month every second they giv torture resign yur job or we will layoff definitely you will quite with in 4 months
