Talking about work pressure, it's a branding agency and work pressure is always gonna be there, but, as compared to other places, work pressure here is in the range of 'alright'. I was a copywriter at OneZeroEight and I have to admit that it was truly memorable learning experience. The team culture was amazing and the energetic vibes of the people was the X factor about OneZeroEight. I also learnt how to clarify the message so that it could reach the minds as well hearts of the people. Also, I learnt deeply about the powerful concept of 'Storytelling' in many surprising forms.

Dislikes

I won't say that I dislike, but I truly believe that if the seniors like Founders,etc. take regular feedback from the juniors (interns/freshers like me) and communicate with us on a regular basis to guide us, it would be an icing on the cake.
