The director himself pushes team members to take ownership of their work and is always open to new ideas, only catch is your idea should have a plausible and logical answer to 'Why?' Appraisals are pretty reasonable and fair, you show performance you get appraisal. At the same time, once you finish a stipulated amount of time at the organization you are liable to receive bonus and a performance bonus is also given. Talking about work pressure, it's a branding agency and work pressure is always gonna be there, but, as compared to other places, work pressure here is in the range of 'alright'. OneZeroEight emphasizes more on idea oriented thinking as opposed to rote execution of tasks. So if you want to pushing your creative capabilities in terms of thoughts process and ideas, then this is the place for you.

I was a copywriter at OneZeroEight and I have to admit that it was truly memorable learning experience. The team culture was amazing and the energetic vibes of the people was the X factor about OneZeroEight. I also learnt how to clarify the message so that it could reach the minds as well hearts of the people. Also, I learnt deeply about the powerful concept of 'Storytelling' in many surprising forms.

Dislikes

I won't say that I dislike, but I truly believe that if the seniors like Founders,etc. take regular feedback from the juniors (interns/freshers like me) and communicate with us on a regular basis to guide us, it would be an icing on the cake.
