There is NOTHING worth liking in this company. If you find a positive review, know that it's the HRs who have been instructed to post positive comments about OT. They will send a mail to increase ratings in Glassdoor or post good reviews.

Dislikes

Every negative review that you come across is absolutely true. It's the worst place to be. Pathetic work culture, zero work life balance, extreme form of favouritism within the "inner circle". They have horrible products which you will be expected to magically transform within weeks of joining. If you are not able to perform within 6 months, you will be laid off. They lay-off almost every quarter. The C-suite is in their own la-la land and have no vision. The higher management is the reason why the company is a hell-hole.

Not good for Testing Domino

Company's goals are very bad changes every month, you will be hired for one job and you need to learn other job's in a day and work like a robot not as a human, you will be assigned with two days task to be completed by half day. When it comes to hike and promotion it does not exist in this company for Testing my advice is join as developer is ok as a last option but Red Flag as tester. Even if you work for 12 non-stop, not-break you will be still left with work

Hiring process is very quick. HR department really responds well for employees concern.

We cannot expect job security any day will be your last working day. Basically OneTrust management release productive employees and retain unskilled,unproductive one. No more additional skills we can learn here.

Hybrid work culture. Many things to learn from many talented people around.

Bangalore office does not have much facility. No catering service. No proper management. Office culture is not transparent. Internal politics. No hikes. Not much team activities.
