This is permanent remote job so it helps save you money on travel and other stuff. You have direct access to ceo and project manager. Both are very helpful to understand your issues. Work life balance is good but US shift timings can take a toll on you. There's also UK shift available but most people are expected to work in US ET timezone

Best part about working in DoLoop is permanent remote job. You will get exposure to International client via d-wise. Most of the employes are hired on contractual basis for d-wise which is a big pharma company and from there you can have expsoure to working with big pharama clients like AstraZenica, Eisai etc

Dislikes

Theirs no HR and very less leaves as compared to other organizations

Doloop Technologies has one major client D-wise and it basically hires you as contractor for D-wise. You get exposure to work with international clients and there is no requirement to work from office you can have permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Your shift timings are mostly US based. Appraisal is not like other companies. Very few holidays.
