IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE COMPANY. BEING A FRESHER IT WAS FUN TO START MY CAREER HERE. I REALLY LIKED THE WORK CULTURE, MY SENIORS AND THE TRAINING GIVEN TO ME UNTIL I UNDERSTOOD MY JOB ROLE. MY DIRECTOR IS A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS MY STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS PROPERLY AND MOTIVATES ME TO DO OUT OF THE BOX THINGS. WE HAD 2 OUTINGS A YEAR WHEREIN WE ALL TEAMMATES GOT TO KNOW EACH OTHER WELL.

HERE ALTHOUGH I GOT TO KNOW MANY THINGS, THERE WAS NO MUCH GROWTH. THE APPRAISALS WERE NOT MUCH SATISFACTORY. ALSO AT TIMES, I HAD TO WORK EXTRA HOURS WHENEVER THERE IS A NEED. I HAVE TO ATTEND STUDENTS CALLS AND MSGS IN EVENING AND SOMETIMES LATE AT NIGHT.
