Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that many colleges come from various cultures backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employees rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do not receive appreciationemails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also there is no on job training for fresher.

Salary not paid every month. Salary not fixed depends on mood of owner and his pet hr . Company has many fraud cases registered against them due to nature of work. Owner of the company is a financial criminal.
