... the cabs for field work staffs that is very helpful and they provide PPE Kit's.salary is not very good it's okay salary only. they conducting skill programs,In service education that is very helpful to learn The new skills for workers.

... for field workers that is big disadvantage for this company,They only seen the clients comfortable not workers support, Salary is compare than hospital is high but it's not good bcz half of the money is spend for hostel fees they didn't provide any food and accommodation for field staffs, and the very saddest thing is they didn't give incentives for that COVID_19 starting they only give 2000 and told them next incentive for end of the lockdown but now days they didn't give any incentives 😏

Never worked in such environment, 0% Positivity, 0% Job security, 0% trust 0% Happiness, From the 1 st day managers will start collecting negative point to discuss with ceo, you no need to do anything they will do, managers don't need a performer they just need a person to point if they are in trouble they will point you and mention because of you company is loosing value so they will take action, you should never ask question if you just say "but sir" That means you have attitude issue, but senior never do admin work and never goes to field properly even managers knows but no one will question even though that senior will shout like anything in the meeting but managers won't say anything just say ok ok and show anger on juniors many time such a partiality and they don't have capacity to question senior, what ever you do will never appreciated, Main thing is managers have rights to kick peoples out from the company if they don't like they point some negative things to ceo and finally they will mention attitude issue and kick you out, They will threaten you that they are going to kick you out from the company evey month they will do regularly, they will make you to feel will you get this month salary or they will kick you before pass negativity, dump you, pressure you, pressure you, pressure you still you leave still want to take risk, then try

Good work environment and they follow good standards of practice. Team mates are supportive and work pressure is not too high. Management is quite good. Company policies are good. They recognize our efforts with good rewards.

Job training is for 3 days. 3 months notice period. Proper hand over is not given

Very poorly managed business. No recognition for dedicated, hardworking sales force. They won't even provide a proper work area , all our meetings were conducted in pantry. On the field we have to manage on our own sitting and standing endlessly in hospitals. The HR doesn't care about the welfare of field staff, but they quickly jump into conclusions without giving a fair chance for the employee. Attrition rate is high, which is a reflection of how well the employees were cared for and valued. We were asked to work late in the nights several days a week without any security measures, the managers would stop working at 6pm but the sales staff has to work till 11pm alone in the field. The company has the worst HR team none of staff concerns were taken seriously, instead they are ready to fire top performing, hardworking employees.
