Been there for a week and then I had to Resign on spot. Considering the Likes : 1. A good place to develop and polish your skills.

... 5. The sales & Marketing department kind of BOSSING the entire operations. 6. Very, very poor salary structure considering the work culture and pressure here. 7. Lack of proper etiquette and behavior from the staffs, be it from the Accession dept, CC, HR, Operations, Marketing and everything. That Shubhankar Guy (SM or some kind of senior) as well as a few sales Dept persons speak in such a way that feels like they are at their bedroom and not in office (sometimes things escalate so badly within the office premises that they act like they are going to hit or physically abuse/assault someone). 8. Lack of empathy, formal education, Moral ethics from almost all the staffs and team members. Being someone with some sorts of severe health adversities (Although I don't prefer to categorize myself as a PWD), staffs don't even think twice to mock/taunt a newcomer - not for his/her work flaws but for the way he/she walks, talks, carries him/herself and so on. A horrible place to really cope for a long time. 9. No job securities as far as I have observed. The HR and management team, as I have mentioned earlier, is probably looking for keeping things moving the same way as it is going (like, terminating staffs or creating pathetic pressure or constantly changing their words/commitment.). Could have added more. But preferring to keep my calm. One small advice for those who are willing to get in for a job here : - If you are good at lobbying, backstabbing, oiling others - then it's definitely your breeding ground. But any properly educated and skilled candidate is not going to survive here - as long as the management and the Managing Director starts looking into these things. My overall recommendation : 0.001/10

Doctors in One Diagnostics are very supportive & one can build knowledge and skills by respective pathologist.

Dislikes

Working environment are not appropriate to work peacefully. Job security is worst they hired & eliminate people within 2 to 3 months. Management system is not good at all.

The assistant manager is not good at all . There is a big office politics going on which is totally unknown to sir . She wants to apoint her own man who will chant her name all the time . That' s why is she not coordinate with me at all.
