The company is open to innovation. I like there rules and regulation. I love the environment.

Dislikes

...the employees are work full time and extra time they are not give the incentive. compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.

The company is open to innovation and result Adopts latest technology. Love the fact that retail segment

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 14-18 hour straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evning and sometime late into the night. Manager do not value an indiviuals'unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times I do receive appreciation emails form my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid - year appraisal also there is no on-job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pan some times

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
