...orst situation onco spark lifted me up. I will always be grateful to Onco spark. They provide good salary, excellent hike, incentives, bonus, even they provide snacks, tea and coffee for free. The CEO of the company is very down to earth. He is very vey simple and humble. All managers, TL and co-workers also good. I missed Onco spark that's all I can say. Due, to some family issue I could not able to continue with Onco spark. If people need of job I personally advice you to go to Onco spark. Even I referred after I releived. A big Salute to Onco Spark.

Good HR and good facilities and clean infrastructure maintain by HR team. Quality of food will provide to all staff.

Dislikes

Salary is not increase for existing employees and staff. Now that time so much work pressure lot of rules and regulations implemented. If you work one claim before you will on the tracker and complete one claim and again off the tracker.How many hours your taking time for one claim is too hard to maintain manually. Totally worst I request for freshers don't join this company you will choose other good company then only your carrier will grow..

The good things are somehow you can learn by yourself and you can gain experience and knowledge independently that's the only good thing here.

There are constrained opportunities for professional growth and career development within the organization. The organization does not provide a high level of job security. There is a significant presence of internal politics that affects the work environment. The incentive structure is not adequately aligned with performance and contributions. The long distance from home to the workplace (approximately 60 kilometers) presents a significant daily commute burden.

friendly people, they give lot of time to learn we have full freedom to open up our issues regarding work. Conducting celebration (Holly, pongal, Sports, bay decoration on christmas), 100% learning & knowledge worthy.

Dislikes

Always need proof to take leave. Force to come office even in disaster , also they arrange cab to pickup at the time of disaster
