Not a good Hospital to work especially for girls. I had a worst experience at Oncoplus Hospital Chahat saini, AMIT Garg & Amit Bhatnagar are ruining others career. Worst hospital I have ever seen for employees and also for patients

Dislikes

They are too clever to use their employees in a different station floor manager have to see the reception when someone left the organisation they will not as much staff as they required

The hospital is a clinic and the owners always looking to cut costs. They even compromise on the quality of treatment.

Dislikes

No job security and the owner have fired people for even small things. And they don't value employee

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
