it is a great working environment if you are dedicated enough and honest enough is what i have observed during my tenure here. some people i have seen been let go because of lack of performance.

employee engagement activities have been low sometimes recruitments are done without knowing if they are right for the job

Likes

My manager has been quite supportive and helped me grow in the company. They dont refrain from training us again if asked for. They are extremely professional when it comes to work. The company also helped us a lot during covid too.

Dislikes

they have discontinued health insurance for staff which i would request to start again.

Likes

the hospital facilities all across are very good. they are flexible with holidays. they also have several activities for staff. they are employee friendly but also very strict in terms of employee breaching the rules of the company.

Dislikes

sometimes approvals for certain things take time.

Likes

They provide good remuneration & are flexible for the betterment. they take immediate action against employees who dont follow the company rules & regulations. they have good facilities

Dislikes

nothing to dislike as such. left the company due to family reasons. would love to work here again in future

Likes

one of the nicest companies i have ever worked with. they helped me during my difficult financial times as well. They spare no expense when it comes to quality care for their patients. The colleagues are nice. the sports activities arranged for staff is fun. overall a positive work environment. Had to sadly leave the company as i had to relocate to another city due to family issues

Dislikes

nothing to dislike. it was overall a very nice experience.
