a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Sometime no any work found than I found job but he is not properly for life salary are not satisfied and time manage proper 10-14 hours . We trust experience for job but I am not satisfied this organization bcoz salary are very week.

Onaya Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is a model or an idol for any/newly business houses mainly in garment industry. And also a very good job location for freshers who need to learn & prepare in garment industry. For an example - Onaya Operation Management is world class and a topic of culture among compete companies. Here the Operation Management means very broad, from material baught to ready-made product sold are performed on pre-planned & well designed track/job routes. Onaya compensates to fix one specialist at each desk to serve you perfection. But, in opposite, Onaya's staff payment custom is very uneven. Onaya fixes an HOD and 2 sub-HOD in each department (Excluding HR), distributes authority balancing their responsibilities among these 3, gradually increases their salary, but the under goers are used to be years long kept in same position with same salary. So, as a fresher to learn and as a HOD/Senior employee to lead, Onaya is very good. But intermediates will find nothing useful.
