...t probably be stagnant for at least 7-8 years before a minor promotion is given. Salary hikes are pretty bad and unsatisfactory.

Salary and compensation in Omya INKG kagithapuram karur(TNPL onsite) especially for production department is not good. For executive cadre Engineering employees they are providing remunerations less than a casual labour in other MNCs
