It is a good organization if we talk about Japanese quality management. This organization has a strong history of their contribution towards the benefit of society.

Dislikes

...f growth and development. HR and Finance is pathetic and highly incompetent i.e. they cant even process salary accurately.. last month it was doible salary transfered to employees. Seniors are highly pathetic in behaviour and approach. They only know playing dirty corporate politics. I wish the top management wake up some day and throw this junk of non incompetent people out so that this organization can survive in India.
