Nothing. Very low salary and no job security. You are expected to know everything in every role and your expertise is not valued

Everything. Few people overpower and run the projects. Products are canceled and sun-set and leaves the team without a project and on their own to search for work and ultimately fired

Only work life balance is the thing which i appreciate truly being a Rockwell

No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.

The environment and team support we have. The perks we get like cab, night and food allowances.

...ption to hierarchy due to which hard to promote engineer and slow salary growth. And less salary benefits like no variable. They compensate with 1 year increment cut and next year variable cut.

There is no increment from last 2 years, No Professional and personal Growth. Corporate politics is too much and Those who follow manager order are safe and rest who are working there work silently are unsafe.

Salary and benefits not as per industry standards, No vertical growth, good employees are always considered as granted and used a lot, huge politics and partiality, Rockwell Automation Global engineering centre treated as lower class among the other Rockwell entities, HR and Management are biased, No connect of HR with employees, employees are afraid of putting the concerns to Management and he due to fear of retaliation.
