The Company Was good before, Because We would get Salary on time. There was No Pressure of work. and the Duty Time Was Perfect. 8x6 or 9x5.

Dislikes

Its an Manpower Company, This company is an Autodesk Dealers, They Will Hire Draftsman & Beam Modular And give to other company for Hiring Basses, The Drivers are managers, They will Play Politics, Now a days Management is also playing Politics. if we dont have Site, We have to sit on loss of pay. Or go to vacation. Drivers will Pick Early In the Morning & Drop Late in the Evening.

Salary is less but on time, this is the plus point.

Dislikes

Silent politics, Someone will get increment, For overtime money, we have to wait for minimum 3-5 months. Drivers are king. No value for employees. Every company program only for drivers.

there was one thing is before they pay salary time to time but now that also not paying properly apart from this noting is good

Dislikes

Many thing dislike like management not good, communication not good with HR and admin people, they send any time any location site to work no stable in omnix. we cant plan anything even our leave plan also and leaves problem always, any email not respond properly, some time they bluffing employs also torching. not get increment properly etc.

You learn individual ownership when you have projects and you greater exposure

Dislikes

Manager often pass responsibilities to mid level staff and avoid accountability until senior leadership gets involved. Also there seems to be a lack of recognition for the hard work of junior and mid level colleagues, with the acknowledgement often based more on personal connections that the actual performance.

Likes

Dangerous situation in their accommodation. No restrictions, no strict rules for employees. Managements are not thinking about employees health. They are running behind their profit.

Dislikes

Everything! Specially work culture.
