Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is not a company firstly. Secondly, it’s run by some narcissistic men who just can’t digest that a girl can counter with her opinion. Once you say your mind they will say you are not capable enough and you are bound to do what we say. It is run by those who are working in the similar industry for more than decades and thus they can’t take any opinions from outsider. Worst company ever!
