Omnicom has the most toxic work culture I've ever experienced. The company is essentially run by the CFO, while the CEO has little to no authority. The level of hypocrisy here is staggering. For example, the finance team was tasked with monitoring my LinkedIn and WhatsApp statuses daily and reporting even minor actions, like attending a webinar, back to the CFO. It was constant micromanagement over the smallest details. The so-called women CEOs, who love to champion women’s rights online, were some of the worst offenders. They engaged in daily mental abuse and endless escalations. On top of that, the company is involved in shady dealings, often asking employees to forge documents or emails to cover their tracks. And if you refuse to participate in these unethical practices? You’re fired. If you're looking for a supportive, transparent, and ethical workplace, Omnicom is definitely not it. Stay far.

...ere not able to get work from global agencies so they started laying off people. An international company like Omnicom failed at studying the market and the newly hired talent had to pay the price. I would never recommend anyone to work there!!

No job security Upper management are on-boarded on quota system or by licking boots. Omnicom media group is like Rakhi sawant (illogical,irrelevant and funny) Every day your job designation will change just like film- Mugsey shaddi karogi (kadar khan character-duggal sahab)🤣

Work Life balance: Excellent Salary and benefits: Good Skill Development/Learning: Self learning and few people are ther to share the skills and training Company culture: Company culture is like a world class MNC, Food, cab facility, Internet, Health Insurance are there

Work and Skills: There is nothing to learn, very basic work. Mostly adaptation work is there no creativity, We have to just adapt the creatives in different sizes. Job Security: No job security, they have a record of doing layoffs every year, i don't know what is the exact reason behind that. They are hiring every year and firing every year. Promotions/Appraisal: I have not seen anyone got promoted or appraised as people got laid off before that Work Satisfaction: I have seen people loose their skill set as there is nothing much work to do only copy past nad size adaptation

It's a good place to learn digital marketing for beginners

You won't get any variable pay except your salary package. Not even single chocolate for any festival it's pathetic about the company. Employee engagement is not much good.
