You won't get any variable pay except your salary package. Not even single chocolate for any festival it's pathetic about the company. Employee engagement is not much good.

Awesome teammates, multiple training and learning options, job secured 100%, Growth definitely depends on your work, salary and appraisals are reasonable and depends on your experience, travel chances are mostly for team lead and above role, Never faced any politics, work environment is so good that it may addict you.

Omnicom has the most toxic work culture I've ever experienced. The company is essentially run by the CFO, while the CEO has little to no authority. The level of hypocrisy here is staggering. For example, the finance team was tasked with monitoring my LinkedIn and WhatsApp statuses daily and reporting even minor actions, like attending a webinar, back to the CFO. It was constant micromanagement over the smallest details. The so-called women CEOs, who love to champion women’s rights online, were some of the worst offenders. They engaged in daily mental abuse and endless escalations. On top of that, the company is involved in shady dealings, often asking employees to forge documents or emails to cover their tracks. And if you refuse to participate in these unethical practices? You’re fired. If you're looking for a supportive, transparent, and ethical workplace, Omnicom is definitely not it. Stay far.
