The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a port of team project reliable high quality products and has a domestic client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various background so i learned a lot from them, an we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from the client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.

I have been associated with OmniBridge since last 7 years. I would like to say that working at OmniBridge is the right place as here the focus is on innovation and culture. The work environment is very supportive and collaborative. Here the personal and professional development of employee is well taken care of. Here we get ample amount of learning and good work life balance.

Organization is great for newcomers as there are ample opportunities for growth, both within the company and personally. Additionally, my coworkers are incredibly supportive and helpful.
