The company's variable pay is linked to various random parameters, and they can make you do anything at any time without any professionalism. There is no weekly off, and you can't have peace of mind. Seniors are very troubling; there are constant group meetings on Zoom over trivial matters, and they expect you to handle 5 to 7 tasks simultaneously, all labeled as important. The whole day feels like being a delivery boy, managing the area on a bike. There are many other issues as well. Never join this company.

You will be made to join the company by being lied to, with promises that a part of your salary will be given as a variable component, which you will never actually receive. They will add parameters that were never discussed during the interview. Secondly, they make employees do fake tasks, like writing fake Google reviews, with a compulsory target of 5 reviews daily for everyone. The work involves extensive bike travel, but there is no insurance for safety. There are no leaves, and even on leave, you are assigned daily targets. There is no professionalism, and the seniors are not supportive.
