Te worst work experience of my life. They will pay you after 45 days, i.e. if you want your march salary then you've to work in April for 10 days. If you taken 4 leave in April then they pay you March salary on 15th. Owner is worst person. Owner threat you. Never do job in this company. Literally the owner makes you his servant.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
