Only like about this company is going to shutdown soon

...cles segment.No Advance TA DA policy,No full n final settlement if you left job.salary not given on time,everyday you have to beg for salary.arrogant sales team.No job security.Not paid government taxes.regrate soon if you joined.

EEVE India have good quality products.

Dislikes

Despite having good products EEVE India does not have ethics to work with it's dealers / business partners. Top management never takes feedback from regional / ground team. Communication flow from top to bottom is absurd in the company. New Joinees once join at it's HO at Bhubaneswar starts rom around cluelessly. EEVE India does not prepare induction schedule for new joinees.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
