...top management's frequent changes, lack of transparency, and poor communication. Salary hikes are nonexistent, and compensation doesn't match the workload. Job security is uncertain, with no recognition for performance, and the inconsistent salary dtaes make financial planning challenging. Hr's unresponsiveness adds to the frustration.

I've had the chance to work on a variety of challenging and interesting projects, which has kept me engaged and motivated. Each projects bring it's own set unique requirements and testcases, which has allowed me to constantly push my boundaries and improved.

Good Projects to work on, Good people and work culture. Location is good and nice office

Dislikes

Sometime tasks can be overwhelming, and may need to work overtime. Buts is a common thing across every org so not a big issue anyways

The work culture here is great , offering an environment where learning and growth are both rapid and continuous . We get entrusted with significant responsibilities even as freshers . Colleagues and seniors here are very helpful and friendly !
