1. Delayed salary 2. Travel expenses used to be settled in minimum 2 months of claim submission. 3. For sales team there focus is only in daily collections 4. According to customers, After sales service is not good so most of early customers are already converted by competition 5. All the work are still done manually in Excel. They should bring the DMS asap

Nothing, good colleague and reporting manager. Co operative customer.

Dislikes

Every thing, salary time not fixed, dealer can misbehave with official technician. Convence not credited till 5 to 6 months, but still you to do and attend concern on fields.

1. Job Security 2. Management approach & effort while retaining any candidate after resignation.

1. Delay in Salary - (Usually 10th - 12th Mostly); 2. Travel Claims Reimbursement Lead Time (July'22 claim is credited in Sep'22 end); 3. Financial Balance of employee after joining; 4. HR Policies related to the settlement timeline Travel & relocation claims. Mostly the delay in credit & stuck up of claims at Finance Dept. Also, for F&F after 1.5 months no Time Bar.

The only thing good is you do whatever you want, but your customer escalation shouldn't go to top management. Doesn't matter I what condition you're serving the customers.

My Salary and Travel claim, everything waiting from Nov'22 All India Head Gobinath Sir, HOD Amit Sir, my boss Haitheroose Sir everyone is neglecting.

.... Job offering the local field for the work instead and on the name of plant... No time management for the salary and convenience. Partially decisions taken by the management. No proper communications. Forcing the workers/ ground team to do the work in very bad condition areas with poor time management...
