Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. As a leading person in this organisation... I want to work according to me, not driven by any other person, flexible timings for me is the awesome thing, But the overall scenario is different my family life as well as social life almost depleted but on the other hand getting good experience at higher management levels, getting exposure to Big Government Projects of NTPC, B&R, Railways, BHEL, HPCL, and attending business meetings at Higher Management Levels, Coordination with contractors, suppliers and staff....many more overall satisfied...

The only worst thing working with omega is you have to wait for your salary. It will definitely come but not fixed time and date...many construction companies have the similar issues not a big deal
