Dislikes

They will make you to do overtime but not going to pay for it. Some or the other reason will appear and HR OR TL will decline your overtime. Too much work pressure but but some or other person who is going to help will be TL OR MANAGER spoon so you have to alone complete it. IF THEY WORK ON THESE THINGS THEN I CAN RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO THIS COMPANY

1. Work pressure that you can't even imagine. 2. Salary do not worth your hard work. 3. You will not be appreciated fir your efforts and hard work. 4. Those who are close to the management will get appreciated and gets the opportunity. 5. No work life balance. 6. Need to compensate though it is technical issue. 7. Their mistakes and flaws should not be raised or asked. 8. No freedom to speech.

This is the pressurized platform where your all going to work more than target's but no benefits they will say weekly 2 days off but you will be working or forced to work in off .

We will get to learn about medical billing, company policies are good & they will provide very good training. Work culture is also good, there is no work pressure because company has many experienced people so you will get to learn many things.

Dislikes

I worked here for more than a year I used to get very less salary even though my ratings was high about my performance. Politics is there. Growth opportunity is less as many people are there who are close with management.
