No micromanagement as far as day to day work is concerned, salary structure is good (from a taxability perspective)

Dislikes

Middle management has responsibility without authority (no say in performance ratings/promotions of their team members), Performance appraisal & feedback process is non-existent, difficult to locate internal support resources (e.g. HR, Finance), Work-life balance is terrible

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus Evey year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Good company infrastructure, excellent place for freshers to explore new things , good package for freshers

Work pressure Is high everyday, need to run behind the targets, If we didn't reach target they will move to pip, NI, if you unable to take pressure don't think about this company

Provide good starting salary for freshers but no growth after that.

Company culture is poor, managers are rude and they create a stressful environment for employes, continuous micromanagement makes working here worst. Zero job security. Projects keep on changing very frequently. No new skill development just monotonous work.

I was seen lots of issues with mangement they will not treat as employee, there was no salary hikes if we put paper they will they only market correction not possible right now , such a street behaviour by TL and even mangers along with HR ,if you behaviour like this then why you people hired and doing torcher to employees , wrost software maintenance always serve maintaince there mistake we have to work on weekends,wrost mangement especially home health department
