There is a job security and don't need to worry about that. Salary, annual appraisal, learning opportunities will be satisfied and also they will listen our innovation ideas. We can balance both work and personal life.

Politics: There is a politics on middle level management. You have to be a dependent for your manager and you cannot implement anything what you learned. As I experienced, top level management people just listen what their reporters tell them about us and they are not give an opportunity to explain our challenges what we faced in the process. Managers will get into the process and their decisions will be the final even a small thing. at the same time if there is any problem or client escalation will be created then team leader will be the responsible person. The biggest comedy is if your team mates are closed to the managers then they won't respect you. You have to adjust them. This kind of insulting will lead us to resign our job there. All the best!.

Provide good starting salary for freshers but no growth after that.

Dislikes

Company culture is poor, managers are rude and they create a stressful environment for employes, continuous micromanagement makes working here worst. Zero job security. Projects keep on changing very frequently. No new skill development just monotonous work.

I am so grateful to Omega healthcare, which provided me all the platform for my career growth with additional training support from the company. I am very happy that company provides an internal soft skill training and also provides an opportunity of internal job posting. Ability/Caliber are always been recognised by the company.

Other than the salary, the company has significant shortcomings. The rules and regulations are drastically different from other RCM companies, often making it difficult for employees to adapt. The management tends to corner employees, pressuring them to resign. The HR department is the worst I’ve encountered—it is not employee-friendly and lacks effective support for the workforce. Best advice is - avoid joining omega health care.
